The nutritional world is receiving subpar benefits from metallic minerals that are found in the average nutritional supplement! Aluminum hydroxide is approved throughout the world for use in foods, beverages, and many other consumables including the use in drinking water. The world faces a nutritional mineral problem because, on average, there are no more than 15 to 20 plant minerals in the food, we eat due to topsoil being so depleted of metallic minerals. That is why we must eat five tomatoes or five carrots today to obtain the same amount of mineral nutrition one tomato or carrot provided one hundred years ago.
